How many people can stay in the villas?
All four villas sleep 10 guests and have a 5+1 layout: three family suites and two junior suites in each.
How do the four villas differ?
Capacity and layout are identical; the difference is on the lower floor: Agena has a games room (table tennis, darts, PlayStation 5), Capella a gym, Gredi an indoor pool and a gym, Rigel an indoor pool and two jacuzzis. Capella has 7 bathrooms, the others 6.
Is the pool private?
Yes — each villa has its own private pool, never shared. Dimensions: Agena 4.35 × 8.95 m · Capella 3.90 × 7.55 m · Gredi 4.40 × 8.00 m · Rigel 4.50 × 6.30 m.
How far are you from the sea and the centre?
Kalkan centre 1 km, the sea (beach) 1 km, shop and restaurant 300 m, bus stop 700 m, hospital 1 km. Airports: Dalaman 120 km, Antalya 220 km.
Why are prices not shown on the site?
Rates change with the dates and the season, so they are not published here. Leave your dates through the form on the Contact page and we will send you the available villas and the seasonal rate the same day.
Can I book directly on the site?
No. There is no online booking or online payment on the site. A form submission is an enquiry; the stay is confirmed only once we confirm it to you in writing.
Do you provide airport transfers?
No, we do not offer a transfer service. Dalaman is 120 km away and Antalya 220 km; a hire car or a transfer company makes the journey straightforward.
Which languages can we correspond in?
Turkish, English and Russian. We reply in whichever language you write to us in.
