In short

This is the brochure site of İnsel Villaları. There are no user accounts, no online booking and no online payment. We receive data from you only when you fill in the enquiry form yourself. Those details are used solely to reply to your enquiry; they are never sold, added to a marketing list or shared with third parties. The site carries no advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

What we process

What you type: your name, email address, phone number, the villa you prefer, your arrival and departure dates, the number of guests and anything you write in the message field.

Collected automatically: the IP address the form was sent from and the site language you used. The IP address is recorded so that we can identify automated abuse of the form.

Beyond this we do not profile you, track your behaviour or collect location data.

Purpose and legal basis

  • Replying to your enquiry, confirming availability and terms: necessary for entering into a contract (Turkish Data Protection Law no. 6698, art. 5/2-c).
  • Preventing abuse of the form (IP log, security code): our legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).
  • Statutory retention obligations: compliance with a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç).

Who receives your data

Your form details are never sold or transferred for marketing. Technically they are touched only by:

  • Our hosting provider — the data is stored on the website's server.
  • Our email provider — your enquiry reaches us as a notification email.

Transfers abroad

Two parts of the site cause your browser to make a request to a server outside Türkiye. Your form details are not sent in those requests; technically your IP address and browser information reach the provider:

  • Google Fonts — the site's typefaces load from Google's servers (all pages).
  • Google Maps — the embedded map on the Contact page is served by Google (that page only).

If you would rather not load the map, you can reach us by phone or WhatsApp instead of visiting the Contact page.

How long we keep it

Booking and contact enquiries are kept for at most 3 years after the enquiry is concluded, so that the enquiry can be evidenced in the event of a dispute. Records are deleted once that period ends. The session cookie expires when you close your browser.

Your rights

Under article 11 of Turkish Data Protection Law no. 6698 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, to ask that such actions be notified to the parties your data was transferred to, to object to a result arising against you from analysis solely by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer loss because of unlawful processing.

If this notice is updated, the date above changes. If the site starts handling personal data differently, this text is revised accordingly.
